VENDOR PERFORMANCE MANAGER

Job Descriptions:
1) Manages Vendor Performance & deliverables daily for Chase
a) Revenue
b) Productivity

2) Analysis of Vendor Performance data & identifies opportunities for improvements & efficiencies
a) Failure to manage the operation & relations can lead to loss of Revenue, poor standards of service

3) Also supports unbiased feedback on vendor capabilities & capacity
a) Ineffective leadership & disregard of Chase Values can result in impact to the business & the Organization
b) Failure to maintain confidentiality can lead to loss of reputation & goodwill

4) Demonstrate an ability to lead Cross-functional Team's within Chase ( Training, Operations, Quality Verification, Recruitment) and ad hoc departments to ensure deliverables are met by the Vendors
a) Failure to maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge of Chase products, systems and procedures could result in errors of judgment & mistakes leading to loss of revenue, poor performance & increased costs

5) Be the point contact for Contest ideas & work with Marketing to support R&R Programs

6) Responsible for ad hoc Launch Support as allocated by Delivery Collections Leader

7) Updating Delivery Leader on a regular basis on business issues & Vendor performance
a) Failure to react quickly & effectively in crisis situations can result in losses

8) Responsible for self-development to ensure own technical & product knowledge is up to date

Qualifications:
• Graduate or with equivalent business experience
• Very high level of collections technical expertise in order to perform any job in unit; previous experience collecting at 120+ days delinquency preferred
• Thorough understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Understanding of Performance Management Techniques with an ability to coach, train & develop others
• Self-starter with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills ( both written & verbal )
• Analytical & problem solving Ability
• Flexibility & Adaptability
• Effective Decision Making skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Project Management techniques
• Strong knowledge of advanced Word, Excel, Power point
• Ability to plan & organize time effectively
• Recruitment & Selection Skills
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
