STAND OUT WITH CONVERGYS!

A TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE connects with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls or the internet to provide technical assistance concerning the set-up of home networks & Internet access.

We are looking for candidates with:
- At least completed 2 years of college preferably a Computer related course
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer operations knowledge
- An ability to handle irate customers effectively
- An ability to deliver information at customer's knowledge level
- An ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries
- Strong interpersonal skills and thinks independently
- An ability to follow through effectively
- Dependability, keen on details and has strong customer service orientation

FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.

Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime.

Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Applicants must be willing to work in CEBU.

Customer Service Associate positions also available for individuals with at least finished two (2) years of college.
