Currently we are looking for:
LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- MALE OR FEMALE
- Fluent in Cebu, Filipino and English language
- Assesses the psycho-social needs of the clients and recommends measures and treatments to address such needs, in coordination with the therapeutic team;
- Facilitates and conducts counseling to clients and their families;
- Conducts periodic home visits to clients and their respective families;
- Communicates to the therapeutic team the results of home visits;
- Interviews potential clients and assesses their needs;
- Assists the occupational therapist in implementing the Center's socio-recreational activities;
- Prepares documents and submit reports as required by the Program Coordinator.
