OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

- General Admin.
• Will be responsible for all process related administrative work.
• Set-up meetings and prepare MoM and circulate with due approval, Memo distribution as and when application

- Monitor incoming and outgoing visitors/staff and keep the stakeholders informed
• Help the senior management with their travel planning etc.
• Coordination for drawers/Lockers etc

- Raise purchase request as required by the BM team
• Share drive maintenance requests and coordination

-Coordination and Tracking
• Seating Plan coordination for all teams
• New Training/Development Training coordination.
• Will follow up on the completion of CBT's
• NICE issues/ coordination/ Pseudo name update/audit
• Coordinating downtime activities, collecting examples of system, phone issues on the floor

- Log in Processing / Onboarding
- Raise various technical request (such as RSAM etc) and follow-up and ensure completion of such request
• Constant updating of the common folder for advisors in the share drive

- R & R/Payroll
• Manage R & R coordination
• Fun Committee Coordination/Posters/Mails/Hype ETC
• Rewards and Recognition Hype, Posters, Mails, Certificates, awards, F&B etc.
• Incentive data collation and validation
• Attendance Payout/LOA deductions coordination
• Validate OT hours and spread awareness on OT hours required across the floor
• Night allowance coordination/validation

- Analysis
• Prepare decks as required and assist in preparation of various statistical data required

- Should have a good knowledge of various soft skills such as MS-Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, ppt etc
• Will be responsible for preparing & sending daily reports.
• Will help the leadership team with all the Data collation & analysis
• Will be responsible for sending all reports to vendors/ captive team

Qualifications:

- Essential Skills & Experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
• Presentation Skills
• Interpersonal Skills to build relations and network across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized & Self Driven and Creative
