Talleco, a new BPO located in Cebu IT Tower (next to Ayala Mall), is seeking a Finance Manager. Responsibilities:
• Assume responsibility for all facets of a general ledger for Talleco
• Direct the financial business of Talleco and prepare financial analyses, including financial statements
• Oversee and develop the company's financial plans and policies, accounting practices, maintenance of fiscal records, and preparation of financial reports
• Provide general accounting, property accounting, cost accounting, and budgetary controls as needed
• Develop, analyze, and interpret accounting information
• Appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, revenue recognition and other fiscal matters to measure effectiveness and profitability.
• Keep records on all company transactions and assets
• Report on the company's financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.
• Prepare the budget and financial forecasts
• Oversee collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Requirements:
• BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of experience in Financial Management
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; English language proficiency
• Prior managem ent experience preferred
