Talleco, a new BPO located in Cebu IT Tower (next to Ayala Mall), is seeking a Human Resource Manager. Responsibilities:
Manage the employee recruitment and selection efforts of a medium-scale BPO facility
Oversee day-to-day and strategic HR functions, including staffing requirements, benefits, compensation, health and safety, professional development and employee relations
Coordinate travel and remote wor kspace requirements for employees of U.S.-based sister company
Recommend, develop and implement policies and programs designed to protect company and employee interests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Communicate company-wide HR programs, policies and activities
Negotiate and resolve employee issues
Perform research as necessary to determine competitive wage rates
English language proficiency
Requirements:
3 5 years prior experience with Human Resources, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
Well-versed in applicable labor, employment and compensation laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or Masters Degree preferred
Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
