PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager's main objective is to supervise the manpower resource, systems and processes involved in running the project. This includes proper coordination such that no resources and generate d leads, content and related output and manpower resources are underutilized.
Job Functions:
- Identify and provide solutions to resource needs such as manpower, software, workstations, gadgets and other similar tools to ensure that the client requirements, orders and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide feedback and update to client and management for any issues and concerns related to the operations and processes of the project.
- Develop and implement task processes and revise goals and plans appropriately to meet changing needs and requirements of the client. Processes may include pre-placement and post-placement, QA leads generation, content uploading and other related tasks.
- Enforce strict compliance to client's standards on quality assurance.
- Manage daily operations of the project by checking daily production rates and resolving related issues.
- Submit monthly project status repor t to the client.
- Track and check daily, weekly and monthly team reports.
- Research and study of SEO and SMO behavior for different industries including, but not limited to, keyword research, page ranking parameters, website popularity and traffic analysis.
- Handle regular communication to clients.
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Requirements:
- Management or IT related course graduate
- At least 2 years web link acquisition OR CMS development work experience
- At least 1 year work experience on any supervisory or project management position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent management and people skills
- Excellent process analytical skills
- Well accustomed to web technologies and currently using online tools like email, online calendars, social media, blogs and other similar applications.
- Working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
- Independent thinker and can work without constant supervision
- Working knowledge in Wordpress and other Content Management Systems
- Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Background in software development or any specialized skill like design/usability engineering is an advantage
