PROCESSOR / LINK BUILDER
Primary task is to search and contact web masters and site owners for text link ad placements through email and web contact forms. Each ad page lead collected must meet the requirem ents specified by the client and its advertisers. A list of page qualifications, keyword research guidelines and task instructions will be given at the start of work.
Job Functions:
-- Search for web pages related to the client sites.
-- Contact webmasters and web marketers for web linking opportunities through contact forms and emails. Email sending may be manual or automated.
-- Upload collected leads to Auto-mailer for mass sending of initial contact emails to webmasters.
-- Maintain high quality ad page leads by ensuring that the leads being generated meet the client requirements.
-- Develop a process for tracking past and current ad page leads.
-- Generate a minimum of 45 ad page leads per day. Rate may adjust according to the number of media processors in the team as well as the number of link buys ordered by the client for a particular month.
-- Accomplish and submit daily, weekly and monthly output repo rts and submit to the Negotiator pair, team lead, QA specialist and Project Manager.
Research and study of SEO and SMO behavior for different industries including, but not limited to, keyword research, page ranking parameters, website popularity and traffic analysis.
-- Regular communication with Project Manager and Supervisors
-- Assist team leader in training new media processors when necessary.
Requirements:
- Background in English communication courses
- At least 1 year work experience from a similar industry, if undergraduate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Above average skills in data and process analysis
- Well accustomed to web technologies and currently using online tools like email, online calendars, social media and other similar applications.
- Working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
- Independent thinker and can work without constant supervision
- Team pl ayer
- Willing to work on a periodically shifting schedule
