ADVERTISING OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Setup, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of online advertising campaigns
- Trafficking of banner ads and ad tags
- Media buying through various media platforms, exchanges, and technology partners, including: Yahoo, Right Media, Rubicon, OpenX, Pubmatic, Google / Doubleclick, Facebook, and others
- Troubleshooting campaign and ad issues
- Liaise with advertising clients and web site publishers
- Monitor ads for compliance with advertising policies
- Coordinate campaign rep orting with accounting staff for invoicing
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree in IT, Computer Science, Programming, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance, or 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- At least 1 year of ad trafficking experience using RMX, DART, ATLAS or other leading ad servers
- Good knowledge of campaign setup and optimization, including targeting and frequency capping
- Experience with CPM, CPC, and CPA campaigns, and a good understanding of all key campaign performance metrics, including eCPM, eCPC, and eCPA
- Strong analytical skills; ability to observe patterns and relationships in campaign data, and to optimize campaigns based upon such observations
- Experience interacting with clients (by email and phone), and able to maintain good working relationships with clients
- Familiarity with ad tags, including iFrame, HTML, XML, Java Script, Flash
- Enjoy working with comput ers and the Internet, and able to work on a computer 35 - 45 hours per week
- Good with numbers and calculations
- Able to work comfortably in a lean, fast-paced, dynamic Internet venture environment
- Hard-working, diligent, pro-active self-starter, able to work hard without close or constant supervision
- Organized, careful, and detail-oriented
- Good sense of process flow
- Good common sense and good judgment
- Very good Excel skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Visaya
- Live within one hour of Cebu City
- Comfortable working in a non-smoking environment
- Able to start work no later than April 1, 2012, and preferably sooner
Not Required, But Pluses
- Experience with SEM, SEO, AdSense, PPC advertising, or affiliate network
- Knowledge of video ads
- Knowledge of mobile ads
- Some knowledge of programming HTML, XML, Java Sc ript, Flash, PHP, CSS, etc.
Compensation Package and Benefits
- Globalis Media will offer an attractive compensation package based upon how well the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills match the criteria listed above
- Initially hired on 6-month contractor agreement; eligible for subsequent full-time employment
- Flexible days and hours: set your own work schedule
- We respect your scheduling needs for school, parenting, etc.
- Minimum of 13.5 months pay per year, including summer bonus and winter bonus, plus possible additional bonus based upon performance and profit sharing
- Paid personal holidays start to accrue after only three months
- Paid national holidays
