IT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Primary Responsibilities:
- To manage the IT Development group which provides software development and system support services for our business partner. To ensure that client requirements for quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery are me t.
- To manage the IT Operations/Infrastructure group which support the business users of Savvysherpa Asia Inc.
- To ensure that the business user requirements are met and the expected level of service is attained.

Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ECE, IT or related fields.
- Strong project management in software development and infrastructure
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- With 10 years experience in IT Operations and Software Development Management
- With vast experience in AS400 Cobol custom business applications development, Mainframe Cobol development, Web development
- Proficient in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Applications, PABX (i.e. VOIP) and CISCO Networking
- Must have a solid background in Information Technology and Systems Inte gration with an understanding of how data and voice networks operate, are integrated and implemented to provide call center outsourcing solutions
- Demonstrable experience translating business requirements into technical requirements
- A strong work ethic and desire to excel
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with 3rd party vendors
- Self-starter and results oriented who can work in a rapidly changing environment, tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in a successful Client Relationship within an outsourcing or large scale-technology consulting arena
