The Position: CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- The job of the campaign manager involves overseeing, organizing and coordinating the work of our Outbound, Inbound and Support agents.
- The Campaign Manager is in charge of managing both operations and staff.
- This type of professional act as an interface between agents and Executive Management.
- On a daily basis, they manage client calls, feedback and requirements, as well as ensuring tha t clients objectives are achieved.
- They motivate the team and make sure that rules of conduct are observed.
- And, when required, they perform the same duties as the people they manage.

Our Campaign Manager's also:
- Produce regular activity reports for the Director of Operations.
- Responsible for spotting inconsistencies in the scripts/questionnaires and for suggesting improvements.
- Establish, implement and set controls around processes to ensure that client service levels and targets are met, if not exceed, on a consistent basis.
- Analyze performance results and work with clients and staff alike in regards to training of client specific 'product knowledge' and other relevant inputs to improve performance.
- Liaise with Human Resources for workforce requirements and other people concerns.

Requirements:
Our Ideal Campaign Manager is someone that:

- Has a Bachelor's degree or operations management or any related course.
- Has a minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in the outsourcing industry.
- Embodies professionalism and leads by example.
- Ideally has some kind of background in telemarketing or sales.
- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Has great Interpersonal skills.
- Has a thirst for achievement and works well towards targets.
