Requirements:

Data Analysts

• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• No experience requ ired
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Technical Support Representatives
• Graduate of Engineering, IT or any computer-related course
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Technical support experience is an advantage

Quality Analyst
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 2 years relevant experience

Network Processing Analyst
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 1 year technical work experience in an engineering, telecom or BPO company
• IP networking knowledge required

Team Lead
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 2 years experience in a Lead Role
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Outsourcing operations experience is an advantage

Reports Analyst
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 2 years r elevant work experience
• Advanced skills in Excel including Macros and Visual Basic programming
• Excellent communication, research and data analysis skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and MS Access

Mobilization Lead
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 3 years extensive work experience in Project Management and Transition Management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Operational Excellence Associate Manager
• Graduate of any 4-5 year course
• At least 2-3 years experience in Process Management, Quality Compliance and Continuous Improvement methodologies in a Finance, Telecom or Health industry
• Six Sigma Certified (Black or Green Belt) preferred

Operations Manager
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 4 years managerial experience in a BPO or similar indu stry
• Displays exemplary analytical, organizational and problem solving capabilities
• Maintain excellent relations with the client, team and internal contacts
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent English Proficiency (Written/Spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Senior Operations Manager
• Graduate of a 4 or 5 year course preferably in Engineering or any technical degree
• At least 5 years managerial experience in a BPO or similar industry
• Affinity with and/or experience in the Telco- industry is a preference
• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
• Ability to build long-lasting and mutually profitable working 'partnerships' with clients and the team
• Ability to quickly learn working with new systems
• Experience with automated systems (MS Office: particularly Outlook and Word)
• Excellent English Proficiency (Written/Spoken)
