WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTIC HEAD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Logistics preferred OR equivalent/relevant on the job experience will be considered.
- 5 + years logistics and warehouse experience.
- 4 + years supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics and/or warehouse environment.
- Experience shipping environment a plus.
- Proficient in utilizing and understanding Warehous e Management Systems (WMS).
- Previous budgetary experience preferred and a good understanding of financials is a plus.
- Current forklift driving knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with customs requirements and international shipping a plus.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of current D.O.T. rules and regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical ability, integrity, initiative, along with strong customer relationship skills.
- Able to demonstrate quick, concise, decision making ability.
- Proven track record of process improvements and Lean experience a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and an understanding of Great Plains is a plus.
