PROGRAM CONTROL SERVICES TEAM LEAD - CEBU

Program Control Services (PCS) aim to work with client engagement teams to plan, implement, operate and improve project, program and service control functions, primarily through the mobilisation and provision of PMO (project management operations) services.

We are looking for PCS Team Lead who will be responsible for managing client project teams' daily operations while acting as the interface with clients. This role will oversee all project management support activities of the PCS support team for the assigned client(s). PCS support working in the areas of work plan progress and effort tracking, metrics generation and team level status reporting, project level performance reporting, resource tracking, deliverable tracking, issue and risk management, scope or change control management, finance tracking as well as general project support and administration activities.
They will set strategies and oversee the execution of these strategies. In addition, he/she will work closely with other Accenture organizations.

The PCS Team lead will be responsible for the delivery of the PCS shared services for multiple projects. In addition, the Team Manager will also be spearheading and implementing initiatives in PCS operations and management areas like Quality & Metrics, Tools Development, Training, Capability Development, Security Management and Employee Engagement.

Requirements :
- Strong business writing skills and strong coordination and organization skills to support a client facing role
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- With at least seven (7) years work experience in project administrative, project control and project management support roles or as part of an IT project organization
- Skilled in MS Office tools like MS Word, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
