Popular Feedmill Corporation, has humble beginnings. It started as an ordinary Agrivet supply store, catering in wholesaling and retailing of animal feeds and farm supplies. All it had was its firm belief, to always exceed customer service to all its clients. To ensure that their customers get the best quality feed all the time, every time, they have finally decided to manufacture their own line of quality animal feeds. Thus, Popular Feedmill Corporation was born. It maintained its manufacturing plant at the South of Cebu at Tabunok, Talisay City.
Now after less than 10 years in the manufacturing business, Popular Feedmill Corporation, Boast a 2nd State-of-the-art plant at Calajoan, Minglanilla, Cebu and an aggregated gross annual sale of over 500 Million Philippine Pesos. Popular Feedmill Corporation continues to move forward in the industry, always keeping in mind its primary mission, to become the leader in producing a complete line of quality animal feeds.
At Popular Feedmill Corporation, we never sit still. We have a goal to continuously expand out technological expertise in finding newer and better ways to provide our loyal customers with the foremost dynamic feed conglomerate to cater to the needs of the enterprising Filipinos, making quality feeds available and affordable to use in alternative livelihood projects, to be valued by our employees and customers, and respected by our competitors.
Today, Popular Feedmill Corporation, has a wide array of animal feed products to cater to nearly all livestock animals. Better known its brand names such as Warhawk Gamecock Powerfeed Series and Grains for Gamecocks, Popular Ultramix, Prime and Budget Pak lines for Hog, Broilers, Poultry, Layers and Aqua.. Not to forget our duck layers, Cattle Concentrates and Horse Concentrates. All these are widely distributed in different parts of the Visayas and Mindanao, and now also in Luzon.

Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology or any behavioral course
- At least three (3) years in managing or supervising an HR Department
- Proficient in handling people manpower, planning performance appraisal, training and implementation of HR policies
- Able to apply a high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgment in dealing sensitive and confidential matters
- Must have strong organizational skills and excellent in communications techniques. Able to make reports for top management
- Proactive / positive attitude and with high attention to details
- Must have the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Well versed in Labor Laws and Department of Labor compliance and requirements
- With experience in recruitment and personnel selection
