SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of the Baristas in maintaining the quality of the service and the product.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a college graduat e of any business related courses
- Male/Female, not more than 30 years old.
- At least 2 year supervisory experience in the food & beverage industry (Operations/Sales)
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Aggressive and with strong capacity to positively influence people and customers
- With basic knowledge in multitasking, product-costing.
- Creative and can work on variable shifts.
