PAYROLL SPECIALIST (for future reference)

Job Responsibilities:
- Generates Certificate of Employment of Active Employees on a regular basis.
- Reconciles the Payroll Dispute Report
- Prepares the monthly Payroll Expense Report
- Generates Tardy Report
- Last pay computation for Resigned Employees
- Creates a schedule to reflect the monthly balances of allowances, performance bonus, Statutory Deductions, Taxable Income and Tax Withheld.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
- Degree holder of any four-year course
- At least 2 years experience in handling Compensation and Benefits or in an HR- related field
- Knowledge on the administration of company payroll, employee benefits, income tax remittances, compliance to government-mandated benefits and other Labor legislations and administrative orders relative to Employee Compensation and Benefits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to get along well with others; to develop and maintain effective relationships in order to encourage open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
- Ability to convey information and express oneself clearly orally and in written form, in a persuasive or logical manner to individuals or groups to ensure that they understand the message.
- Ability to accomplish tasks and processes accurately and completely, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and resolve is sues, disputes, conflicts and disagreements in a positive and constructive manner to minimize negative impact.
- Ability to use time effectively and prevent irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion
