Aside from its operations in Japan , IBC also operates worldwide through a regional sales and service center network run by AutoTerminal (www.autoterminal.com). We are looking for:
SALES MANAGERS
- Provides leadership, organize and motivate a sales team towards the achievement of sales goals, the following are the key requirements the ideal candidate should possess:
Ø Degree or equivalent diploma in Management or any related discipline preferred
Ø Experience in Sales and Operations at least 2 – 3 years in a managerial capacity or at least 3 years experience in a sales driven environment in a managerial role/capacity
Ø Strong ability to provide significant contribution in formulating sales management strategies and programs
Ø People oriented with a strong sense of commitment and personal responsibility
Ø Highly focused, organized and can thrive in a deadline driven environment
Ø Persistent, enthusiastic and with a strong ability to provide constant coaching and feedback to the sales team
Ø Can readily adapt to a 24/7 work environment and must be willing to work on shifts
