The Role: Health Solution Associate
As a Health Solution Associate, you will ensure that something more important than money is well taken care of – someone's health. In this demanding society, ensuring one's health often means having a healthcare plan. The company you will be working is one the best in that industry and it needs you to help attend to its customers with problems or questions regarding their services. You will not be a doctor in this role but you will give these people peace of mind by helping them with questions only you can answer.
You fit the role if you:
• Finished at least 2 years in college in any field. It will be great, however, if you have been enrolled in a Nursing or Caregiver course.
• Confident in using English. You don't need to sound like a DJ on the radio. We just need you to be yourself and speak clearly - b oth in tone and meaning.
• 18 years old and above.
