URGENT HIRING
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP (ENGLISH)
- Responsible for providing timely support and assistance to customers.
Qualifications:
- At least two ( 2 ) years in college or an associate's degree holder.
- Preferably 1-3 years experience in a high volume, fast-paced customer support center environment.
- Superior English oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, able to work well under pressure with a professional demeanor.
- Results-oriented with a keen eye for details.
- High ly efficient, pro-active, organized, and with strong time management skills.
- Flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
- Proficient in various MS Office applications and internet savvy.
- Experience in mortgage, debt settlement, and/or loan modification is a plus
- Willing to work night shift
- Able to start work immediately
