REPORTS AND DATA PROCESSING STAFF
Qualifications:
• A graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related course.
• The candidate should possess skills on the following:
- Data Warehousing
- ETL (extraction transforming and loading) concepts and tools
- Database concepts – SQL (SQL Developer)
- Data modeling
- Business Intelligence – concepts and tools
- Unix
• Must have administration and development e xperience with the following:
- Cognos (version 8 and above), or more years with Analysis Studio, Report Studio, Query Studio, Metrics Studio and Framework Manager.
- DB2 cubing services tool suite, including years experience with MDX and OLAP development and experience.
- Microsoft Analysis Services tool suite, including years experience with MDX and OLAP development and experience.
- ETL applications such as DataStage, PowerCenter, PowerExchange or in house built custom ETL scripts.
- Incident management, problem management and change management.
- Defining and executing plans for small projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfill Business user's ad-hoc Requests.
- Monitor and administrate schedule jobs.
- Employee must be additionally capable of working in a team and Joint Applications Development (JAD, multiple-team) mode.
- Deployment and Post-Implementation support.
- Independent softw are design and documentation for multiple-platforms (HP/UX and Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server, IBM AIX) , multiple databases ( Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, MS Sql Server and DB2 ) and multiple-languages (PL/SQL, XML, Visual Basic, .net, ASP, Unix Scripting).
