PROCESS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
Responsibility:
- Develops, documents, and implements an approved Continuous Improvement Strategy for Qualfon Philippines Inc.
- Coordinates all Site Wide Benchmarking Activities.
- Leads the efforts in setting the direction of the company in ensuring that processes needed for continuous improvement systems are established, implemented, and maintained
- Provides technical guidance t o management and staff pertaining to effective management system implementation.
- Responsible in conducting continuous improvement system Orientation to new employees.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Engineering
- With at least five (5) years experience in a high volume environment, at least five (5) years of which in a leadership capacity.
- Experience in managing either ISO 9001/QMS or ISO 14000/EMS.
- Familiar with Environmental Regulations.
- Excellent skills in both oral and written communications.
- Has proven leadership and management skills.
- Is proactive and can work independently.
- Computer literate
- A good team player
- Result oriented and can work with the pressure of deadlines.
