Responsibilities:
As a Risk Assessment Agent, you help customers resolve issues regarding their credit cards namely for activation, failed verification, fraudulent queries, lost or stolen cards.
Requirements:
• Completed at least 2 years of college.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knows how to use a computer.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Can listen to customers and respond with what they need quickly.
You must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, holidays, weekends and rendering overtime. Also, you should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status and willing to work in CEBU CITY.
