Currently we are looking for:
PROJECT LEADER - EMS
Responsibilities:
- Development of an employee management system Manual along with the Management of the project from the development of the software perspective as well as its implementation.
- Business Process creation and development for an employee management system for new accounts.
- Monitor that an employee management system performance meets company requirement s from technological perspective.
- Supervise certain subordinates.
- Monitor implementation costs of the project according to the budget.
- Coordination between departments and management in development of the an employee management system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree on Administration with solid technical orientation
- Needs 2-4 years experience in Employee Management Systems field or related field
- Must have Project Management Knowledge
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and the night shift
