CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
(CODE: CSR APPLICANT)
Qualifications:
- At least college level preferably majoring in English or Communications
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Basic knowledge of the internet
- Experience in Customer Service would be an advantage
- Highly adept in business correspondence with keen attention to detail
- Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to mult i task and handle high pressure situations and can work with minimal supervision
- Trainable and adaptable to learn new technology
- Willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts
Responsibilities:
- Answer e-mails and phones professionally
- Investigate issues and find solutions for our customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route e-mails and calls to appropriate resource
- Process customer requests
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Track projects and follow up on issues relating to phone calls and emails received
- Follow-up customer emails and calls where necessary
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
