The Role: Computer Care Agent
A Computer Care Agent has a knack at translating hard to understand info into everyday English. You will mostly deal about computers so it will be great if you like all things electronic. However, you will be talking to people so it will be better if you love sharing information with a friendly tone. As for product know-how, we got you covered. You will undergo training first so you will be well equipped when talking to people over the phone.
You fit the role if you:
• Finished at least 2 years in college in any field. It will be great, however, if you have been enrolled in an IT, Eng or Nursing course.
• Confident in using English. You don't need to sound like a DJ on the radio. We just need you to be yourself and speak clearly - both in tone and meaning.
• 18 years old and above.
