Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old or older
- Must be very fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent interviewing skills with at least a neutral accent
- Average typing skills
- High level of comprehension
- Able to work on flexible, weekends, holidays, and graveyard shifts
- Previous call center experience would be an advantage
