We've been in business for five years now with more than three thousand competitive employees. We have expanded into our brand new facility in Skyrise 3, Asiatown IT Park in Lahug, Cebu City.

Currently we are looking for:

TRAINING COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:
- Develops & implements focus group discussion as basis for TNA.
- Conceptualizes & implements TNQ as basis for TNA & recommendations.
- Develops & implements training program that fit the needs of clients based on the result of TNQ.
- Conducts leadership upgrade for supervisors, managers, & senior shift managers.
- Implements/conducts training modules based on training needs design.
- Coordinates with different POC's in schedule of participants.
- Elicits & imparts knowledge from & to the participants.
- Develops sustainable training activities for the entire quarter/year.
- Implements the training calendar timely & properly.
- Amends training calendar based on business/client needs.
- Reports to immediate superior for comments and recommendations about the calendar of activities.
- Monitors performance of participants after the seminar.
- Evaluates the efficiency of training program through case study, survey method, & observation.
- Modifies intervention program that does not elicit positive effect on the performance of the participants.
- Assesses the overall effect of training through the comparison of performance level of participants prior & after t he training.
- Conducts new employee orientation session throughout all generations moving forward after the take-off session.
- Coordinates with other department involve in the orientation.

Job Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably Psychology graduate or social science major
- 2 to 4 years work experience in Training and Development or related HR functions.
- Ability to train and develop others to acquire new skills or knowledge that will prepare them for their jobs, enhance their work, improve performance, and achieve desired results. Ability to design, develop and/or deliver training programs.
- Ability to deliver presentations suited to the characteristics and needs of the audience. Demonstrate competency with presentation software, content organization principles, presentation style, use of visual aids, syllabus writing, tailoring style/content to different audiences, etc.
- Ability to convey information and express oneself clearly orally and in written form, in a persuasive or logical manner to individuals or groups to ensure that they understand the message.
- Ability to get along well with others; to develop and maintain effective relationships in order to encourage open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.
- Ability to design, implement and manage programs and direct related resources, personnel, and activities in accordance with the approved/agreed plan.
- Ability to use time effectively and prevent irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.
- Ability to coordinate, monitor, facilitate & follow through the flow of work for a project or undertaking with others involved/concerned and ever ready to provide support when called for until completion or when the desired results are achieved.
- Ability to actively participate and take on leadership role in any team undertaking, to support t eam efforts and to move towards the completion of projects or mutual goals.
- Ability to use case studies, research methodologies, available technology, various resources, and research tools to obtain needed information and evaluate them for possible use.
- MS Office Applications
- Willing to work on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT / SHIFTING SCHEDULE.
