We are in need for application support specialists that will provide internal applications support for our client services group's core production software. Qualified applicants will possibly be sent to Rotterdam in the Netherlands for training.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or related fields or technical certifications
- 1+ years application support experience
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong working knowledge/experience of MSSQL, MSExcel and HTML/Internet technologies
- Effective in time management
- Has a strong understanding of application methodologies and business processes
- Excellent in problem solving and can think out of the box
- Has the ability to work effectively both individually and in a collaborative team environment
