CEBU FACILITY SPECIALIST
The Cebu Facility Specialist is accountable for the supervision and delivery of various office support services within area of responsibility.
- Accountable for the implementation and ensure the delivery and quality of various office support services for a specific location or function.
- Manage resources to ensure the delivery service levels are achieved.
- Manage positive relationships with all internal and external customers/vendors and independently resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor quality and productivity of staff via feedback and direct observation.
- Responsible for people management processes to include career counseling, performance management, training development needs and disciplinary action when necessary in accordance with local legislations and rules.
- Supervise and evaluate work of team members.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in facility management in BPO/Shared Services setting with 2 years in supervisor capacity.
- Good English communication skills (oral and written).< br /> - Willing to work in Cebu area.
