MANAGING CHAPLAIN
Job Objectives
- Carries out the goals and Mission Statement of Qualfon
- Provides orientation for the spiritual and emotional needs of all employees and their families.
- Attend requests of orientation from other departments.
- Promote the values of the company both inside and outside.
- Contribute to Company Goals and Objectives.
- Reports delivery
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain contact and build relationships of trust and friendship with the employees.
- Maintain Confidentiality with employees
- Maintain Permission Based Care with Employees
- Rounds in company facility (striving to make contact with every employee).
- Respond to employee needs, requests, crises or other issues.
- Conduct care sessions with employees.
- Offers prayer and reflection.
- Ensure that all employees receive the assistance and support of the company in their personal situations. Assist employees to fully understand the purpose and meaning of life, sizing the value of spirituality to achieve their goals.
- Complete the Mission of the Organization in the workplace
- Attend continuing Chaplain training
- Rounds in company facility (striving to make contact with every employee).
- Be available to respond any request of orientation.
- Promotes the Qualfon values.
- Promote V alues Formation Program
- Promote Internal Support (subsidies)
- Promote Volunteerism
- Prepare and present to Local Chaplaincy Leader a detailed activity report and work plan.
- Immediately inform to Local Chaplaincy Leader when the integrity of an employee or the company is being threatened.
- Complete monthly activity reports (send to company representatives)
- Complete monthly expense report
- Participate in local chaplains' meetings, prayer time, planning, etc.

- Human and social sciences (basic knowledge).

Job Requirements
- College Graduate
- Needs 2 – 4 years work experience in a related field.
- 2 yea rs of Pastoral activities: catechist, missionary.
- Seminary Education (may consider Biblical Studies but prefer Masters).
- Satisfactory 10 yr criminal, DMV, credit background check,
- Satisfactory temperament analysis.
- Satisfactory completion of initial training (prior to hiring). Ecumenical mindedness.
- Work requires travel to other location/s.
