- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills in SPANISH and ENGLISH
- Computer skills for performance reporting and for making training materials
- Must have sales/coaching experience in a call center environment < br /> - Self starter and can develop sales training modules
- Special Abilities/Skills/Personal Qualities Required: people skills, sales skills, telesales, and self-management, driven and enthusiastic, reliable, must be self-motivated and have positive attitude
