Currently we are looking for:
JAVA DEVELOPER (Offering relocation package to Cebu residents!!)
Responsibilities:
• Develop code based on client requirements in alignment with standards and object oriented methodologies
• Develop uti test plans leveraging manual/automated test approaches (ex. JUnit)
• Deploy Java/J2EE applications across multiple platforms within large/distribute client environments
• Create, update and maintain detailed design documents
• Resolve defects allocated within service level target
• Participate in Quality Assurance reviews and the implementation of findings
• Ensure tasks are undertaken within budget and to the allocated timeframe at the appropriate level of quality to achieve requirements
• Escalate appropriate tech nical issues and provide reporting to the Lead Java Programmer
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
• At least 3 years Java Development experience
• Experience in a consulting position, preferably working within large/complex client environments
• Experience in Java deployment technologies such as Ant, Maven, etc.
• Experience with Software Configuration Management tools and process including Rational Clearcase, SVN, etc.
• Understanding of or exposure to JIRA in relation to agile task allocation and defect management (desirable)
• Experience in writing and deploying code on both Windows and Linux platforms
• Competency in J2EE technologies such as EJB, JPA, JSP/JSF, JMS and exposure to other Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate and Struts
• Experience in IDEs such as Eclipse or Netbeans
• Solid documentation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati CIty.
