EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years experience as an executive assistant / travel agent
- Graduate of BS Architecture or interior design are WELCOME TO APPLY
- Must have knowledge in airline bookings, flight schedules and dealing with travel agencies and other airline network
- Abel to maintain a calendar and review communications
- Able to organize and plan projects with a keen eye for details
- Willing to work long hours
- Female
- Able to work in a high stress environment
- Good communications skills both verbal and written
- Computer literate ( MS Office )
