MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Job Responsibilities:
- Our Management Training Program aims to produce a new set of leaders equipped with the basic skills expertise and people management talent who can inspire positive changes in our organization.
- Our Management Trainees will work alongside top-level managers and be rotated among the mentors for 4-6 m onths to develop their familiarity with the organization, its departments and its people.
- They will be given varied day-to-day assignments with increasing complexity until they are ready to handle special org-wide projects.
- Eventually, our Management Trainees will be assigned to work on more challenging projects which will revolve around Primary Group's corporate objectives and mandates in the areas of Quality-Price-Delivery (QPD), people management, operations management and other projects to address recent and urgent organizational issues.
- Our Management Trainees will serve as an effective communication channel between management and constituents.
- They will cascade and effect organizational initiatives as well as evaluate its effectiveness.
- After months of practical training, they will be designated as Deputy for a particular project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably Education and Nurs ing graduates
- 4-5 years of accumulated work experience in different industries may it be a part-time or full-time stint in a private, government or non-goverment organizations
- Has basic skills expertise (wide reader, excellent writer, and eloquent speaker)
- Naturally inquisitive
- Has wide interest of almost anything (general knowledge)
- Has proven leadership potential
- Can relate well to all levels in the organization
