We've been in business for five years now with more than three thousand competitive employees. We have expanded into our brand new facility in Skyrise 3, Asiatown IT Park in Lahug, Cebu City.

Currently we are looking for:

SENIOR MANAGING CHAPLAIN

Job Objectives
- Fulfill and lead other Chaplains to achieve the goals and mission statement of Qualfon
- Align the Chaplaincy program to Qualfon's core values.
- Continue improvement of Chaplain Ministry.
- Overseeing and monitoring of all Chaplaincy Activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain contact and build relationships of trust and friendship with the employees.
- Maintain Confidentiality with employees
- Maintain Permission Based Care with Employees
- Rounds in company facility (striving to make contact with every employee).
- Respond to employee needs, requests, crises or other issues.
- Conduct care sessions with employees
- Contact, care for, and lead all chaplains in region.
- Track necessary mileage data.
- Compile necessary information from daily data.
- Live the Qualfon core values and inspire others to act accordingly.
- Communication with Organization to share behavior trends and other local necessities to help and improve the diffusion and commitment to Qualfon values.
- Complete the Mission of Organization in the workplace.
- Coordinate continuing chaplain training.
- Coordinate chaplain meetings (as appropriate).
- Promote the growth of Chaplaincy Program.
- Participate in local chaplains' meeting, and planning. - Participate in prayer time according to local situation.
- Complete and deliver proper report to the Organization.
- Complete Monthly Activity Reports.
- Complete Monthly Expense Report.
- Complete monthly manager report.

Job Requirements
- Post-Graduate Studies (specifically on Biblical Studies)
- Needs 5 years or more work experience in a related field.
- Experience in holding a Senior / Managerial Level Post.
- 2 years of pastoral experience: catechist, missionary.
- Seminary Education (may consider Biblical Studies but prefer Masters).
- Satisfactory 10 yr criminal, DMV, credit background check
- Satisfactory temperament analysis.
- Satisfactory completion of initial training (prior to hiring).
- Ecumenical mindedness.
- Work requires travel to other location/s.
