CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (FULL TIME)
- Accepting applications on Saturday, June 9, 2012 – CSR and CHAT Support

Responsibilities:
- Answers calls to address customer concerns
- Consult with customers about their product or service needs or their wants.
- Adheres to standard procedures in dealing with customers
- Attends training conducted to know CSR responsibilities, tools, and proper department to contact for escalations
Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 2nd year level college
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Skills: knowledge of standard web-based software and general word-processing skills
- Willing to work on the night shift and shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
