Responsibilities:
- Provides level of effort and schedule for work.
- Works with offshore management to creates and maintain work plans.
- Facilitates program status review sessions.
- Identifies and tracks issues, risks and action items, provides status to affected stakeholders, and facilitates resolution.
- Works with clients on ad-hoc requests.
- Assists in delivering end user training
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
- Report status to onshore verification team, Implementation Managers, Sales field
- Encourages and implements continuous improvement measures on day-to-day basis within area of responsibility.
- In conjunction with offshore manager, works to ensure development of group members' skills.
- Provides guidance to and shares knowledge with colleagues/team members relating to own specialization.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
- At least 4 years managerial experience in a BPO or similar industry
- Displays exemplary analytical, organizational and problem solving capabilities
- Maintain excellent relations with the client, team and internal contacts
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent English Proficiency (Written/Spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
