IT MANAGER
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related courses
• 7+ years of related work experience in a technology environment including 5 years of data center technology project or program management experience.
• With at least 5 years IT management experience
• ITIL experience preferred
• In-depth experience in configuration management of a technology platform (such as servers, networks, storage, applications or PCs);
• Strong working knowledge of IT operations and support organizations;
• Data architecture experience preferred;
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships in a matrixed environment;
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources;
• Proficiency in process formulation and communication;
• Ability to lead and motivate others;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• In-depth knowledge of Configuration Management processes and concepts;
• Ability to understand strategic business objectives, and Configuration Management's relevance to business value and efficiency optimization demands;
